Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!
Shift: D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
PBDS Assessment – waived.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System
Minimum of 16 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel.
Perm reference is REQUIRED and must be obtained from the past 12 months
Travel reference is REQUIRED from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experience
BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case
Facility does not accept any license hits.
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy
PAPRs: PAPRs will not be considered alternative for caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved agency medical or religious exemption
