Experience
24 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

No Block Scheduling Allowed

Full Time, 3 shifts per week. Resource must work every other weekend.

Resource must have 1 year of recent acute care experience in PICU.

Cook is a mandatory float facility.

All resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.

Block Scheduling: Not permitted.

RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
