Experience

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from any number of months.
References

Dress Code: Any color scrubs.
Documentation: EHR-HCS.
RN ratio is 1:16; Counselors 1:12 with 4 nurses on night and day shift. All patients are voluntary, there are no restraints or on-site security and visitors are not allowed.
Orientation is every other Tuesday.
