24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (basic, intermediate, advanced)

SKILLS: Skilled in labor, delivery, postpartum and nursery care are essential. Special care nursery skills required. Must know principles and practice of sterile technique and infection control. Must be skilled in technical aspects of mother/infant care. Able to perform effectively in highly stressful situations. Must be able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people.

Float to other areas of hospital only as a “float” (CNA duties) or VOS (Visual Observation Sitter)
