Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Variable start and end time

Looking for a Critical Care RN.

Will float to Med Surg as needed.

Every Other Weekend and Holiday

2 or 3 weekends in a 6 week schedule

Flexible with A or P shifts

No Call Requirement

Opportunity for additional shifts

Required:

Min 1 year recent ICU experience within a critical access facility - If candidate has ER skills could use assistance there as well

Able to work with both MS and ICU candidates interchangeably

Able/willing to float to ER if needed

Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment

Floating: ICU and MS beds are interchangeable within the unit.

Potentially to ER if trained or float over to assist when busy. Respond to codes throughout acute care.

Patient Ratio: Dependent of skill assignment. ICU - 1/1-2, Med Surg - 1/4-6 (could also be and/if partnered with a co-assigned nurse for the shift.

Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs

Orientation: One Day ICU, One Day Med Surg, One Day ER if have the skill

No Block Scheduling.
