Experience
36 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

Weekend Requirements Where the needs are we put our traveler

Holiday Requirements We try to not schedule travelers but there may be an occasional time we need to do that

Floating Requirements Yes we float to the Meridian, Nampa hospitals and have to sit with pts on other floors. The travelers also float to my Antepartum which is a 13 bed high-risk Antepartum unit. First to float.

L&D/PP/MB (LDRP)

  • L&D Beds 16 and 13 Antepartum beds
  • OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections 3
  • Triage beds 8
  • Postpartum beds 32 beds on Mother Baby Care Unit on another floor. We are on the 2nd floor.
  • Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? Yes
  • Common diagnoses/Types of patients Preeclampsia, Previa, Twins, Diabetics

Experience or 'Must have' skills LDR, circulate the OR

Are RNs required to titrate drips? Pitocin, and Insulin
