Additional Details:
Shift: rotating shifts: 7am, 9:30am,11A, 1pm start time based on need / weekends / call / holidays.
No Block Scheduling.
On call is at least 1 weekend per month. 30 min report time.
Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit.
Float: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel’s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel’s clinical competence.
RN who can scrub – especially strong in complex neuro, spine, ortho.
Required Upon Submission:
- Must have 4-5 years OR RN or combined OR experience.
- Scrub and circulate experience is required.
- Must have both skills checklist in packet at time of submission.
- Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuro (checklist should indicate performs INDEPENDENTLY).
- Active RN license, required copy of NURSYS.
No Holiday RTO - No RTO strong preference. All time off required at time of submission.
IVS to manager who will interview and offer.
