Additional Details:
Travelers may request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 per week at the request of the candidate
• Weekend Hours: As needed. Weekends – standard expectation of every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday will be required unless otherwise approved by the leader prior to confirmation).
• Holidays – candidates should be expected to work at least one of the major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day)
• Requested time off – up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved (anything more would be subject to approval by the leader prior to confirming the candidate and time would be asked to be made up at the end of the assignment).
• Float Requirements: will float to ICU as needed.
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Must be VERY competent, Stepdown experience (1yr+), must start and manage Ext Vent Device, run CRT machine.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Ability to recover CABG directly from OR independently highly preferred.
• Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac directly from OR, CABG.
• Scrub Color: Black.
Weekends On Request.
Holidays Rotating.
