Requirements
Experience
Travel experience is preferred.
24 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license

Additional Details:
34.5 hrs/week guarantee (30 min deduction each shift for lunch).
Weekend Requirements: Rotation, usually 1 weekend off/month.
2+ years' experience in SNF/LTC as a LPN
