Shift: D/N Rotate - EOW, Every other holiday

Beds/Residents: 38 Residents
Ratios: Day/Evening shift ratio 1 nurse, 2-3 CNAs and 20 residents, NOC shift ratio 1 nurse, 2-3 CNAs and 40 residents
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: COPD, dementia, Parkinsons, MS, CHF
Experience or 'Must have' skills: pass meds, supervisory skills, previous nursing home experience a plus
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.
RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
