12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: 36

Weekends: Every Other

Call Requirements: none

Years of Experience: 2 or more

Float Requirements: Yes, MedSurg, ED, Women’s care

Additional Notes: need someone every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Either the two can rotate or if someone prefers the weekends.

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: All. We keep very few pediatrics but on rare occasions we may have to hold the patients until we can transfer them.

Must Have Skills/Experience: Ventilators, critical drips, restraints, critical thinking
