No block schedules for any reason
Every other weekend (or the equivalent of) required, must be flexible with schedule.
Prior travel required – if RN has worked in larger (500+bed counts), teaching facilities and more than one ER the facility is willing to forgo this requirement
Large, teaching facility experience required
MOAB, Pro Act of other de-escalation training such as CPS preferred
Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
