Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Additional Details:

While only one reference is required for submittal, two manager references will need to be provided during onboarding in order to be compliant with Johns Hopkins requirements.

Required: Moderate sedation experience, Minimum (2) years RN ICU experience

Neuro interventional experience required.

3-4 call shifts in 6 week period

Unit perform image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for a broad range of services for patients with cancer, pain, diabetes, liver, kidney, and other conditions.

Neuro Vascular and Neuro Interventional Radiology; Invasive treatment and diagnostic imaging for a wide range of conditions involving the brain, the head and neck region, and the spine and spinal cord.

The concept behind interventional radiology is to diagnose and treat patients using the least invasive techniques currently available in order to minimize risk to the patient and improve health outcomes. These procedures have less risk, less pain and less recovery time.
