Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is required from last 4 years.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

Additional Details:

Common diagnoses/Types of patients Hands, orthopedics (total joints), foot & ankle, hand, sports medicine, pain procedures

Preop experience in outpatient or inpatient

Prefer: Willing train staff on how to assist in nerve blocks and spinal "

Shifts & Scheduling: "5:30- 4:30, random day off per week, travelers asked to be flexible and help to fill gaps in permanent

Does not guarantee block scheduling.

Will have a 4 week schedule at a time"

Floating Requirements "May be asked to float into the PACU area

Could be asked to float to other locations such Nampa, Meridian, and Boise campuses, Travelers are typically first to float "

Scrub Color/Dress Code "Any color, No artificial nails, if you have them you will be asked to remove them. Can wear a long-sleeve shirt under scrub top, but no jackets "

Unit/Department specific orientation 2 days of General orientation, can test out of taking Epic class, 1-3 days with a preceptor
