Additional Details:

Please be expected to float between St. Anthony Summit, Mercy, and St. Elizabeth as this is a requirement for Centura Health. Covid Boosters are preferred, but not required.

Shift Details: Potential for weekend call coverage

Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred.

Float Requirements: Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified “float zone”.

Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.

Bachelor Degree Required. Degree in Physical Therapy required.
