Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Cannot have any previous hits on licensure. Cannot have any of the following background hits: Domestic disputes or domestic violence (at any time), theft (within 5 years), DUIs (within 5 years), drug charges including marijuana (at any time), felony (at any time).

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Weekend Hours: Every 3rd weekend

• Equipment: Restraint chair, seclusion room, IV pumps, feeding pumps, glucometer

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Great communication skills/ de-escalation, NVCI with APS will be provided.
