Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Monday – Thursday

No weekends

No On-Call

3 separate interview times must be provided with each submission.

Must Have 1 year of Pelvic Health experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or BS in related field plus certification or Master’s or Doctorate Degree in P.T.

Must be graduate of Physical Therapy program accredited by the A.P.T.A.
