Experience

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Skills checklist must be completed within the last 6 months for Application. Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Modality: SLP- acute and outpatient split position, but approximately 60% of the time will be in acute

Setting: Outpatient caseload: peds (70%) and adults (30%)

Call: acute coverage every 3rd weekend and may include being on-call for a holiday (on-call 8-12 for NPO orders only for weekends and holidays)

Schedule: Mon-Fri with call 3rd weekend

Call: every 3rd weekend, 8-12 Saturday and Sunday- NPO orders only

Guaranteed Work Week: Yes – 36 hrs but job will require 40 hrs most weeks, if not every week
