Travel Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

Additional Details:

Please be advised that the facility and all units are currently experiencing higher nurse-to-patient ratios. If offered and contracted for a job, you will be expected to work within the given ratios. Work is being done to get these N:P ratios down, however this will take time.

3 X 12'S OR 4 X12'S allowed

Weekend Required: Scattered Weekend Shifts - 4 shifts (either Saturday or Sunday) in a 4 week period. May not be combined into one weekend.

No RTO allowed for this assignment

Float Position - May float to MICU, SICU, PCU, ED, HOLDING, ETC.

Smoke free facility

Shifts are non-negotiable!

Orientation 1x/month for inpatient RNs, non-negotiable

SSN required for submittal.

thus requiring all RNs/LPNs to complete Stroke CEUs (except those in OR). 8 CEUS are required.

The 5.5 Stroke CEUs and NIH (worth 3 Credits) will be acceptable to satisfy this requirement.

All RNs - Clinicians have a strict two attempts to pass the Dysrhythmia and Medication exams during the credentialing process. Third attempts at these exams will not be allowed.

The Dysrhythmia exam passing score is 82% minimum.

The Medication exam passing score is 80% minimum.
