Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Is on-call required? Yes Possible extended shifts each week for late cases

Are block schedules required? Yes

What are expected ratios? Minimal 2 EP Techs per lab

Special requirements: Extensive EP experience required. 2 full time EP labs with procedures as complicated as Lead Extractions and VT Ablations.

Scrub Color: All RN/Allied: any color; scrubs are provided in sterile units like OR/ICU/ER/COVID

RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved

MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR.

All travelers should be prepared to float within the facility

Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler

BLS - AHA or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
