Requirements
Experience
6 months of travel experience is required.
24 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

On-Call: No

2 years of PICU and CVPICU experience to include hands on with generalized respiratory, neuro surge patients and a vigorous cardiac care background.

Strong skill set needed in all care areas due to our acuity and diverse population of patient diagnosis.

High proficiency in post-neurosurgery patients, asthmatics, or trauma, SI, Status Epilepticus, Cleft Lip/ Palate, Craniofacial and specific medication administration (versed, narcotic analgesia)

Patient Population: Birth to early 20’s typically, sometimes into the 30’s and 40’s for our congenital heart population

Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult

Rotating shifts to include every other weekend and holidays.

Areas of Float Support: NICU, General Care Floor (Peds)

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Respiratory, Neuro, Cardiac

Licenses: RN (Compat Accepted)
