Requirements
Experience
12 months of Home Health experience is required.
3 months of experience with Oasis is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

Coverage area: Downtown, midtown, Carmichael, arden , fair oaks, rancho cordova, Natomas, north highlands, rio linda, elverta etc.
RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points/wk.
SOC 2.5, ROC 2.0, Discharge (OASIS) 1.5, Recertification- 1.5, Routine visits- 1.
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience is required.
