Shift Notes: 10Hr Days Mon - Fri (will have one day off during the week) 40 hr Guaranteed

Weekend Requirements: None/ Holidays as needed

Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color

Geriatric patient experience - Required

NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Strongly required

CNN or CDN Certification - preferred

Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
