Additional Details:

40 guaranteed hours.

Start times of 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.

Staffed/call one weekend/month along with another staff member.

Call one day every other week

Will work alone only after hours if called in.

RDCS or RCS certification.

NDMIRT (if candidate does not have it, then willing to get).

Types of procedures required.
Perform inpatient and outpatient transthoracic echocardiograms for both adult and pediatric patients. Occasional stress echocardiograms and assist with transesophageal echocardiograms.

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
Machines: Philips Epiqs, Affinity’s and IE33’s. GE E95 and Vived E9

Reporting systems: Epiq Cupid - reporting Sectra – Cardiology PACS

Required skills and minimum years of experience: Graduate of accredited program with at least three year of experience

Grey Scrubs or provided light blue scrubs.

Staffed at two separate campus’s. Would rotate between the two campus’s, never changing within the same day. Would start with clinic for orientation to learn protocol and expectations, then move to the hospital for way-finding. This process should take no longer than two weeks.
