Requirements
Experience
22 months of Endoscopy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Variable start between 0700-0800

Is on-call REQ? Call is 1 week day and 1 weekend a month.

  • Aya Offer: < 7 Days

  • *Anything more than 7 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission. No open license hits will be approved.

Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months

LA fire card within the last 30 days is required (Aya/Facility will not reimburse for this. Recruiters can margin for it accordingly).

Modules:

  • Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval
  • Modules are completed pre-start, and annually
  • Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
