RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

On-Call: No

Every Other Weekend - Required

Clinician-to-Patient Ratio: 1/1-2

48 hours approved

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any Color

Parking Cost: No Fee

Must request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted.

Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler

Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility
