Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.
Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
18 plus bed telemetry/progressive care unit required.
At alternate location-Will float to med/surg. Will float to ICU to care for tele patients boarding in ICU. Will float to ED to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands.
BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Traveler must pass the BCA testing during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed.
Shifts: 12 hour varied shift position - Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
On call, weekends and holidays required.
Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
Ratios 1:4 will go 1:5/6 if needed based on acuity of patients.
Orientation: 1ST week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
Scrubs: Required and NOT provided by the facility. White scrub top. Scrub pants in sangria red, plum purple, hunter green or black.
