Travel Nurse (LVN / LPN) - Long Term Care

Additional Details:

-I f you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

• Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience MUST have experience with IV, central line blood draws, wound care, blood draws

• Weekend REQ: Every weekend is REQUIRED. Traveler will get 2 consecutive days off during the week.

• Is On-Call REQ?: No

• Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes

• RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager

• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks)

• Special Requirements

• Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

• Traveler may be required to assist with shower aide duties

Modules are completed pre-start, and annually

Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
