Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.

Call. On-Call rotation evenings/weekends, holiday coverage required (24hr call on weekends/holidays).

Home Health & Hospice experience required.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients/patient demographics: Home Health and Hospice Care. Adults, Geriatrics, Peds.

Holiday Requirements: Holiday coverage required.

RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
