If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only). RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
Manager is specifically seeking at least 2 years of hospital CM experience across different units.
If your traveler has worked for any Providence affiliated facility as a perm staff – they must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel contract.
Open to MSW Care Manager (& have EITHER Associate clinical license or LCISW) or RN Care Manager. Requires a 1) Masters in social work and 2)Washington-issued post-MSW license such as the licensed social work associate independent clinical. (The associate licenses are the precursor to the “full” social work licenses.)
Must have case management and discharge experience. Utilization management experience is helpful but not required.
Will take local candidates at travel rate.
