Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Cases per day? 4-6 patients/day

Will Therapist need to cover SNFs? If so, which locations? Occasionally

Productivity expectations? 25-30 points/week for a 40 hour week. 1.5 points Initial Assessment/FR30, 1.25 points DC, 1 point routine visit

Guarantee: willing to do 30-40 hours

Qualifications: Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
