All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Level 2 Trauma, Pediatrics, AMIs, Strokes, MVA, Gun Shots, Sepsis, CHF, Does serve a lower income Hispanic population

Nurses must be familiar wit Antibiotics, Vasopressors, opioids, Sedation, anti-hypertensives, Anti-seizure and cardiac medications Peds volume 30%

Weekend REQ: Every other

Certs REQ: LA City Fire Card

Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period

Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months

LA fire card within the last 30 days is required (Aya/Facility will not reimburse for this. Recruiters can margin for it accordingly).

• Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
