Shift: 5x8 or 4/10 Day/Mid Shift

On Call REQ: Call coverage for OB and OR with the coverage of: 5 weekdays and 2 weekends. A weekend will be 1–24-hour shift either on a Saturday or Sunday
Surgical First Assist Skills Req: Suturing all wound layers including muscle and fascia, Tying/ligating clamped vessels or tissues, Wound dressing; liquid or spray occlusive
Professional Knowledge and Skills REQ: Instrument Processing, Isolation Precautions, Laser Safety, Sterilization/Disinfection
Previous Charge Experience Preferred
Work Setting Skills Req: Acute Inpatient OR, CVOR, Outpatient OR
Surgery Case Skill Req: Endo/Laparoscopic, ENT, General, Gyn, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Ortho/Total joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Robotics, Urology, Vascular
RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.

Return Staff Policy If a nurse has held previous employment with Medstar, must be gone for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler.
