Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
36 months of Home Health experience is required from last 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Alaska license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. BSN preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years of current experience in a comparable patient care setting
Hospice experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license, current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation is required at time of hire.
