Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

36 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 2 years.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Shift Notes: Monday-Friday, along with the occasional Saturday shift.

Weekend Requirements: TBD/Holiday rotation required.

On Call Requirements: None.

No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).

Shift accommodations will not be considered for this need (block scheduling, etc).

Must be able to work independently. Tech may be the only person on during shift.
