Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

RNs only: BSN is required.

MS or MA Degree from an accredited Occupational therapy program.

Acute Rehab/IRF experience including neuro/ortho/transplants/cardiac, familiar with IRF-PAI documentation/IRF specific requirements/documentation/minutes requirement.

Preferred Doctorates degree.

Preferred Acute Hospital Inpatient experience, including med/surg, ortho, neuro, ICU, and some Burn experience.

Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.

Prior Teaching Hospital Experience preferred.
