36-hour guarantees only (no 48s) – can pick up additional shifts

Must work 2 of 3 major holidays.

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - AHA or APEX

All RTO needs to be in at time of submission.

Need PCU / Tele Stepdown experience

Will accept compact license

Patient Ratios 1:4-5 could have some mixed MS and PCU patients 1:5 for all MS patients

Types of patients CHF, NSTEMI, MI, heart block, pacer, TAVR, CABG day 2, recovers cath pts after sheath is pulled, Watchman, bradycardia, VT, general PCU overflow: respiratory failure, low BPs, low hemoglobin, sepsis, post surgical, etc.

Will accept first time travelers

Prefer experience with TAVR and CABG

This unit has cardiac focus.

Travelers must have experience with all drips below: amiodarone, cardizem, dobutamine, dopamine, heparin, start nitro, insulin

Tele on this unit, Travelers need to read tele, however there is a dedicated monitor tech as well

Schedule: Charge to make schedule to balance unit needs, will take travelers requests into consideration.

Weekend Requirement 4 weekend days per month

Nights Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Holiday Requirement 3/5 holidays

Floating Requirements: ICU within patient population, and MS floors
