Home health highly preferred; mixture of home health, inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred

Patient Types: Entity county of Yakima, large Spanish speaking community Ortho, knees/hip replaces, discharges, deconditions, fall risk patients, neuro patients post stroke

Gradated of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

Skills required: Lift/Carry, Bending, Twisting, general PT skills, mixture of inpatient, outpatient and home health experience. Primary Spanish – comfortable utilizing an interpreter (in person/video/phone) Personal Vehicle and Valid driver’s licenses

Floating: If yes, where? Throughout Yakima County

Weekend rotation: Sat every 5-6 weeks, 1 day off during the week when working Sat.

On call? If so, what is that schedule? No call

Holiday Expectations: Yes, Holiday rotation (considered OT)

RTO: send to NM for approval

Shift times: M-F flex shift 0800-1430 (4 – 10s is optional)

Schedule cycle: Set schedule

Scrub Color: Any color or business causal (no gym clothes; professional attire only)
