RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Possible Schedule:

Below are the shift times for Monday to Friday, Non-Holiday:

-0630 to 1900

-0630 to 1900, on call 1900 - 2300

-0930 to 2200

-1030 to 2300, on call 2300 to 0700

Below are the shift times for Saturday/Sunday, Non-Holiday: 0630 to 1900

Weekend/Holiday On Call

-0700 to 1900

-0700 to 0700

Cannot Accommodate Block Scheduling

On Call Required: As needed

On call response time is 30 minutes.

Types of Cases Required: General, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Ortho/Total Joints, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Gyn, Abdominal hysterectomy, C-sections, Dilation & Curettage, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Vaginal Hysterectomy, Scrubbing experience required, inpatient experience.

Types of Cases Preferred: Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, ENT, Robotic assisted Gynecological procedures, SPD experience preferred, outpatient experience.

Floating Required to Sister Facilities: To Outpatient Surgery Pavilion as needed, 3 OR suites.

RTO:

-Aya Offer: < 7 Days

-Client Offer: > 7 Days

-Anything more than 7 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests.

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission.

Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months.

Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA’s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked.
