Additional Details:
D/N rotate, or straight nights. 8 and 12 hour shifts, occasional 4 hour shifts.
Every other weekend and holiday. Able to do 48 hours with OT billed after 48.
Will float to all ICU units on all 3 campuses in Fargo as needed. Campuses are roughly within 20 minutes of each other.
Min 2 years recent ICU experience within a 200+ bed, level 1 trauma hospital
Candidate understands that they must call in each day prior to their shift to know which critical care unit/location they are working at in Fargo. (2E, 5CD, 5AB -IMC). May float to MS if needed to task or take patient assignment of up to 3.
Experience titrating vasopressor drips - required (must see this on resume or skills checklist)
Management of 1-3 critically ill patients, management of varying patient populations including critically ill neuro, cardiac, CT surgery, trauma, medical, and surgical patients. Ability to manage vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, inotropics, antiarrhythmics, and other titratable drips. Ability to assist with bedside procedures including RSI, EVD placement, Tracheostomy, line placement, other diagnostic tests

Floating to all critical care departments in Sanford Fargo including 5AB, Intermediate ICU with ratios up to 4:1 and Broadway ICU with ratios up to 3:1
May be required to float to med surg units as needed
