References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend.

Is on-call REQ? Required as needed for the department.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float if needed.

Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Special Requirements:

Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department.

Required Airway Management Devices/Suctioning Skills/Experience: Endrotracheal tube/suctioning, Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal/suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy/suctioning.

Required Nebulizer Skills/Experience: Hand held, T-Piece, Trach collar.

Required Oxygen therapy Skills/Experience: Bag and mask, ET Tube, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) , T-Piece, Trach Collar, Venturi Masks.

Required Ventilator Management Skills/Experience: BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation.

Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience

Trauma Level I and II Experience preferred.

Scrub Color: Any solid color scrubs.

RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Floating is 100% required of all travelers - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer

Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
