24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Information

Additional Details:

90% Outpatient and 10% Observation patients.

The PT will work 36-40 hours/week (no four 10's or three 12's can be considered).

With at least one (possibly two) days/week working until 5:30p. The PT will work primarily with an adult population, but some pediatric experience is also needed.

PT should have at least 2 years of acute care and/or outpatient experience. Experience with orthopedics and/or concussion, vestibular and pelvic control therapy strongly preferred.

The PT will be required to float and travel between the Coshocton and various Zanesville worksites.
