HCHB experience required.
**Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
Monday - Friday. Some on call expected (total of 8 weeknights and 2 weekend days/nights of on call).
Covering the following counties - Vanderburgh, Posey, Gibson. However, there may be some visits in other counties of Warrick, Spencer and Perry and these are also part of the on-call coverage areas.
