Requirements
Experience
24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
License
Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
NRP (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

1/per Season. No on Call.

At least 2 years of (recent) NICU RN Required.

Experience with stabilizing babies in L&D - Preferred.

RN will be responsible to do admissions on babies in labor and delivery and work in our level 2 NICU.

If Special Care Nursery is closed they will assist with the babies on the MB unit. Also, RN will be required to do admissions nursery when NICU is closed.

RN will not be floated as an RN assignment but more as a PCT role, where they will be taking vitals and assisting the nursing staff.

Required Education: ASN.

Preferred Education: BSN.
