24 months of role experience is required.

Travel experience is required.

24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience is required.

Experience with Cerner is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Delaware license or compact license

Guaranteed Hours 36

Will the traveler be floating? To which units? First or in rotation with perm staff? Yes, Stepdown, CDU, Med-Surg/Ortho (med-surg overflow only), ED holds.

How many beds on the Unit? Stepdown -30, CDU/Stepdown- 36 (between the 2 units), med-surg- 28

What level of trauma facility, if any, is your facility? Level 3

What is the Nurse to patient ratio? 4:1 in stepdown, up to 6:1 in med-surg

What are the typical patients a traveler will see on this unit? (Cardiac only, Medical, Surgical) Cardiac, Medical, and Surgical
