Experience
24 months of Case Management experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
CCM (Preferred)

Floating to other units/departments: Resource Management covers all med/surg units alone with critical care and ED
