12 months of Long Term Care experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Shift Information: Varied -including weekends, holidays. Candidate Must Be Flexible - No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties.
