Requirements

Experience

18 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CST (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Information

Additional Details:

Seasonal vaccine or declination must be updated annually.

Requires at least one year of Level 1 Trauma experience within the last 3 years.

All shifts will be rotating(days, evenings, nights).

Call and weekends required.

Call can be weekday and/or weekend.

Weekends can be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Shift: day/evening rotating (may be within the same week)

Weekend requirement: every other weekend

Flu/covid vax requirement: required but accepting medical/religious declinations

Scrubs: navy blue
