In the interest of expediting your submission, please list the specialties/unit in which you've worked in and all applicable instrumental/tray processing fields you have experience with (Example: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ortho, etc.) on your work history.

No Guarantee hours

Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) and Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certifications within 12 months of hire.

HOUSING: Extremely expensive, even more so in winter. Please consider housing options in the surrounding towns: Basalt, Carbondale, & Glenwood Springs. FYI $3500/month is common for a 1 BR apartment in Basalt. Travelers looking for a housing budget less than this should probably not be submitted. Traveler will be responsible for securing their own housing for the duration of this assignment IMPORTANT NOTE: Traveler will be responsible for securing their own housing for the duration of this assignment.

MUST be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8,000' in elevation)
