24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
References

*Unit has 2 delivering physicians (1 ob/gyn, 1 family practice) and 2 pediatricians. small department currently averaging 15 deliveries a month. We have 2 labor rooms, 2 triage rooms, and 6 postpartum rooms. We have 2 staff scheduled per shift for our department: including triage, labor, postpartum and nursery. We do not circulate c-sections. There is an OR crew on call for cesarean deliveries. We do have 1 LPN that works night shift that provides care for postpartum or nursery patients that is a possibility that you will be scheduled with. You will be caring for the whole floor of patients together with your other nurse scheduled that shift. High risk patients transferred to higher level of care. Able to deliver 35 weeks and greater.

No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted per every 13 weeks (NO HOLIDAY RTO at all)- if RTO with holiday or more than 5 days is submitted, our team will be looping in Submittal Excellence/team lead.

A copy of traveler’s valid State Issued Driver’s License or State ID MUST be attached to each submittal- if this is not done, we will loop in Submittal Excellence/team lead

Floating: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles. Do not sub unless the traveler is aware and willing to float

Absolutely no license hits. If submitted with a license hit, candidate will immediately be rejected.

1 Submittal allowed per traveler to ALL Integris campuses

Any gaps in traveler’s profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected

Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission
